FOOD IS MY PASSION. I HAVE BEEN COOKING SINCE THE SECOND GRADE. MY GRAND PARENTS AND PARENTS TAUGHT ME WELL. I GET COMPLIMENTS ON WHATEVER I PREPARE. I HAVE BEEN A CHEF SINCE 1984, AND WORKED IN MANY DIFFERENT RESTAURANTS: ITALIAN, FRENCH, FINE DINNING, NEW AMERICAN, BISTROS,  AS WELL AS PUBS. I HAVE A WELL ROUNDED PALLET,  IAM VERY CREATIVE  AND HAVE A NATURAL TALENT.

I RECEIVED A RAVE REVIEW IN THE FREDERICK NEWS-POST. AS WELL AS WORKED IN OTHER RESTAURANTS WHEN THEY WHERE REVIEWED BY THE WASHINGTON POST FOOD SECTION AND WASHINGTON POST MAGAZINE. SEVERAL OF THE RESTAURANTS WHERE ALSO ZAGOT RATED.

LIKING YOUR JOB IS IMPORTANT. SOMETIMES WORKING IN A RESTAURANT THE HOURS ARE NOT CONDUCIVE TO YOUR FAMILY. THAT HAS BEEN MY DILEMMA SINCE MY SON WAS BORN. I WORKED 6 DAYS A WEEK 12 HOUR DAYS. I MISSED A LOT OF TIME WITH MY FAMILY.

AFTER MEETING A PERSONAL CHEF I REALIZED I COULD DO THE SAME THING AND GIVE MORE TIME TO MY FAMILY.
